Returns & Refunds Policy
Made to Order
Every arcè object product is crafted specifically for you at the time of your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection. We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damage
- A brief description of the issue

We will offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.
Wrong Item Received
If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- Item arrived damaged and a replacement is not possible
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Conditions
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Minor colour variation due to screen display differences
- Damage caused by mishandling or improper care after delivery
A note on colour: Our objects are photographed to represent their true finish as accurately as possible. However slight variations in tone may occur between screens. If you have questions about a specific colourway before ordering, feel free to reach out — we're happy to help.
