How long does delivery take?
Each piece is made to order. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship pan-India via our delivery partners.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS.

What are your products made of?
All arcè objects products are precision 3D printed using PLA; a plant-based material known for its matte, chalky finish and clean form. Each piece is made to order.

Do the vases hold water?
Our current range is designed for dry use; dried botanicals, pampas grass, and sculptural stems. They are not suitable for fresh flowers or water. However if you'd like a water-safe version, we can arrange that for a small additional charge. Reach out to us on Instagram or via email before placing your order.

How do I clean my products?
Wipe gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive materials and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which may affect the matte finish over time.

Are the products fragile?
They are sturdy for display purposes but we recommend handling with care, as with any considered object in your home.

Our products are designed for indoor use only, unless otherwise specified.

What is your return policy?
Since each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if there's an issue.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Email us at support@arceobjects.com with a photo or video of the damage and your order number and we'll make it right promptly.

We do not offer refunds for minor color or texture variations, as each piece is handcrafted and slight differences are natural.

We are based in Gurugram, India.

Do you take custom orders?
